Senior Technical Project Manager: Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Applications R12 which includes: Trading Community Architecture, Service Contracts, Install Base, G/L, A/P, F/A, HRIS, Purchasing, iExpense, iProcurement and custom interfaces; Maximize use of current features and functions in support of business requirements. Evaluate and advise on new enterprise Finance business solutions as it relates to the Finance suite of applications; Partner with end-users to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, reports, and input and output requirements. Provide end-user instruction and support to resolve application issues. Provide resolution to technical and functional support issues, and liaise with Corporate Finance until the problem is resolved. Log and manage Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) with Oracle Support; Write, review and manage end user documentation for new applications and work requests. Develop and deliver training materials using Oracle UPK or other methods and provide training to new end-users. Guide end-user requirements for the implementation of business processes. Provide detailed business requirements specifications to Corporate MIS developers; Understand the key touch points between the Oracle Finance R12 modules; Understand the impact of data on the other EBS modules that utilize the data.; Responsible for Oracle R12 content that impacts Financial processing; Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes and quality assurance testing. As such, become owner of Test Scripts that support IDCO’s Oracle R12 Financial Application footprint. Lead acceptance testing (Unit, SIT, QAT, & UAT) of patches and upgrades, scheduling deployment in partnership with Corporate Human Resources and assist with the organization of User Acceptance testing; Participate in implementation of new modules and the upgrade of current modules; Create, modify and maintain reports, custom extensions and interfaces; Provide technical analysis and resolution to support issues. Log and update Service Requests with vendor support as needed; Document program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, corrections and installation.
Required Degree: Masters degree in Computer Science
Required Experience: At least 2 years related work experience

Other Requirements: Solid understanding of the Record to Report and Procure to Pay track; Solid understanding of Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Personalization’s, XML (BI) Publisher, and Oracle Reports technologies; Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley impact; Demonstrated experience performing business analysis for Oracle Applications. Must have solid knowledge of flex fields, workflow, setup and profile options; Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users, at all levels. Manage third party consulting resources when needed; Must have working knowledge of query tool (PL/SQL, Toad, SQL Plus); Must have ability to work independently and possess excellent communication skills; Thorough understanding multi-organization and multi-currency functionality and their impact on complex business scenarios. Willingness to Travel (10%).
