The Sr. Training Consultant works collaboratively with internal clients to assess needs, develop, deliver, and assessment and evaluation solutions for a variety of projects in support of the overall strategy and goals of Operations. This position plays a key role in developing, project managing, deploying and supporting strategic initiatives and evaluating learning acquisition, learning transfer, operational impact and ROI. This position works with leadership (Vice Presidents and Senior Directors) to understand project metrics, drive the measurement strategy, complete statistical calculations, build scorecards, data gathering processes , report templates and report results to key stakeholders.
1.Based on project needs and other data points, design, develop, and implement evaluation strategy for strategic projects .
2.Build infrastructure to gather the appropriate data, build scorecards and other evaluative tools, create management reports and communication strategies on projects determined in conjunction with Operations Sr. Directors and/or Directors.
3.Manage data gathering efforts including the selection or building of tools to allow for easy collaboration within departments and provides internal customer tools for easy access to just in time information and other support tools
4.Use clear communication and cross-functional process / project management skills including proactively identifying and communicating issues then collaboratively adjusting project strategy to ensure timely delivery of effective project evaluation in supporting Operations goals and initiatives.
5.Tests tools to ensure they are reliable and valid.
-Bachelor¿s degree in Organizational or Industrial Psychology, Behavior Science or equivalent work experience
-Master¿s degree preferred
-8 ¿ 12 years relevant experience or Master¿s degree and 6 - 10 years of experience preferred
-Highly Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and statistical analysis tools
-Proficient in e-learning tools such as Captivate and survey tools
-Ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives within budget, quality and timeline requirements
-Exceptional consultation skills
-Adept at analysis and evaluation.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
