IT'S MORE THAN A JOB! KellyOCG, a division of Kelly Services is looking for an individual who has the ability to act as a Service Coordinator within our PPO group.
The position is located on site at our Kelly facility in Troy, MI.
This position services 1-4 small to medium-sized programs. Customer-related service responsibilities include taking and filling orders, managing the order life cycle, and resolving problems. Temporary employee-related service responsibilities include screening, on-boarding, training, conducting orientations, resolving problems, and managing employee relations issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect support to new and existing temporary employees. This includes managing the on-boarding life cycle, educating the temporary employees on PPO policies and processes (e.g., timekeeping), researching and resolving payroll and issues, and coaching and counseling as necessary. Participate in projects as needed.
Facilitate the new employee hiring process with customer hiring managers. This includes managing the order life cycle, providing on-boarding status reports, researching and resolving payroll and billing issues, and reporting as needed.
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Years Experience Required
2-3 years in a Business capacity- coordinator, administrative assistant, analysts, project specialist
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs within the specific area of service
Ability to multitask
Customer service focus
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations on process and procedures that are more efficient
Analytical ability- research and resolve issues using data
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
