The Certificate Solutions Service Leader will be responsible for the customer solution delivery, maintenance and growth of GE’s Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) program. The person will act as subject matter expert for GE’s PKI environment and act as the primary liaison to functional owners of service-consuming systems.
Identify critical path decisions, make recommendations, and influence program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback
Assist project leaders in the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of new system integrations or new enhancements to existing web access processes
Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions for business processes
Work with other Identity & Access management support teams in cross-functional capacity on various projects & day-to-day activities
Drive standardization & simplification to reduce integration cycle time and cost
Manage releases, review changes and communicate change activity to stakeholders
Assist operations team in resolving technical issues and aid in application troubleshooting. Candidate must have the ability to analyze a situation, take control of the process and guide the team to a resolution.
Stay up-to-date on trends, rapidly changing technology and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing with peers, stakeholders and vendors
Responsible for managing resources, as necessary
Develop multi-generation project plans and roadmaps within the program space
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical field
Minimum 8 years of IT experience, preferably in Enterprise-wide deployments
Minimum 6 years broader IT experience in a field such as application development, infrastructure management, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading technical initiatives
Minimum 3 years of experience with Identity and Access Management technologies

Demonstrated experience leading Public Key Infrastructure growth efforts for distributed organizations
Experience with Smart Card and PKI solutions
Experience integrating PKI solutions with Active Directory and LDAP authentication technologies
CISSP / MCSE certification
Experience with ITIL v3
Strategic thinker - demonstrated ability to take a business problem or opportunity from inception through design, launch and stabilization
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
