Service Managers are responsible for supervising production activities within a specified branch and often works with at least one other Service Manager to fulfill these responsibilities. Each Service Manager supervises a team of Territory Service Representatives by training, setting appropriate goals, and providing the coaching, counseling, and follow up necessary to provide superior customer service. The Service Manager is also responsible for tracking and reporting production data as needed. You will interact directly with customers on a daily basis to maintain a strong relationship and retain their business.


Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 + years providing customer service in a fast paced, production oriented environment. Route oriented experience is helpful (i.e. pest control, cable, package delivery, lawn service). Experience in the lawn care industry is a plus.

Strong communication skills and employee relations experience is necessary.

Ability and passion to provide service that exceeds the customer's expectations on a daily basis.

Ability to meet goals and attain desired business results in a team-oriented environment is vital.

Experience managing a team of service people and a fleet of service vehicles is desirable.

Background in landscaping, horticulture, lawn-care or other agricultural background is preferred.

Pesticide License is a plus; ability to become certified is required.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Candidate must be able to speak and understand English, and read and write in English, in a manner sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees and customers, based on the assumption that such individuals can only speak, understand, and read English

Bilingualism (particularly Spanish) is a desired skill
