Service Manager- PHS
Person will be responsible for providing for customer service related activities. The Service Manager will manage all service contracts, warranty activities and emergency service calls. This person will develop and maintain all associated schedules, reports and coordination of resources. Additionally, this person will be responsible for promotion of service contracts and working with existing customers for additional project work, upgrades and system enhancements
Will possess a 2-4 year technical/engineering degree or equivalent industry experience. BS MET/MDET/EMET/EET/Construction Management preferred.
Have automation, HVAC and/or MEP project experience.
Will possess hands on experience http://spi-lsp/spi/SitePages/Home.aspxand/or conventional HVAC BAS/BMS systems.
Will have 2-5 years’ experience as a field service provider either as service engineer, service technician.
Will have strong abilities in scheduling.
Will have working knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control valves.
Will be able to work effectively with minimal oversight.
Will have a strong technical aptitude, especially with mechanical systems.
Must be able to travel – job is anticipated to require 40-60% travel.
Must work well with others and present themselves in a professional manner with clients, other contractors and within PHS.
