We have an exciting opening available in our Akron office for a Service Sales Consultant to develop new business by selling maintenance agreements to commercial and industrial customers. In this fast-paced position, you will partner with clients to assess their needs and offer solutions that will improve comfort, reduce downtime, improve maintenance methods and protect their investment. Our approach to service is unlike anything most prospective customers have experienced in the past. A “Total Cost of Ownership” model is used to show prospective client that instituting a maintenance program from The Brewer-Garrett Company can positively impact their bottom line. We use a very consultative and value-added sales approach. This is an exciting career opportunity to work for a locally owned and operated company that provides uncapped earnings potential and growth.
• Two or more years sales experience to C level clients
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate
• Self-motivated and dedicated to creating your own success
• Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Highly creative, passionate and driven with a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships
A base salary is provided plus incentives based on sales secured, and monthly auto and cell phone allowance.
