The Manhattan North branch currently has an account management position available. The position is in the Midtown area and includes a number of high-profile commercial and residential accounts.
Responsibilities include maintaining the existing portfolio and expanding the scope of services we provide to our customers through capital planning, selling open order solutions, and enhancing the service relationship through sales of Elite Service and other value adding propositions. The position is expected to grow the portfolio through recapture. The applicant must be able to estimate service and open order proposals; prepare and present proposals to varying stakeholders including building owners, property managers, architects, general contractors, and tenant boards; as well as interpret architectural drawings and contractual documents. The applicant must be fully engaged in providing service excellence and understand the need to sell on factors other than price.
Bachelors degree required.
Candidate must also possess solid communication and leadership skills in order to work effectively with customers and other Otis employees.
