The Southern Region is seeking a highly motivated sales representative for Houston Amtech. Responsibilities include: selling service and maintenance contracts at required levels to obtain new units on maintenance agreements; retain current maintenance agreements at required levels through good customer service and selling on factors other than price; possess broad product knowledge of all elevator/escalator lines and specialized architectural product knowledge; make effective sales presentations; provide repair estimating and estimates for all normal work; read/interpret architectural drawings; understand service contracts in broad terms; develop service sales territory through customer contacts; maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of Otis products and monitor collection of accounts.

BA/BS in engineering or business degree w/4-7+ years professional sales experience
MA/MS/MBA degree w/2-5+ years professional sales experience

Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Candidate must have ability to sell on factors other than price. In addition, a proven track record of sales success must be demonstrated. Candidates must be self-motivated, self-starters. Sales or elevator experience is preferred.
