Job Description

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant area of study, Technology/IT management, Computer Science, Networking, Multimedia Production, Project Management, etc…

·

5 plus years established supervisor or management level experience with in the corporate conferencing and multimedia industry

·

A strong understating of Service Level Management concepts and best practices as defined by ITIL standards (Certification a Plus)

Experience with Service Life Cycle/Transitional Processes

o

Liaising with Plan and Build teams to validated support documentations and processes for new service offerings and supporting components

Work with Global Operations Support teams to provide training and ensure proper tools, skill sets, and reference materials are in place as new services move into production

·

Extinctive experience creating and reviewing technical support documentation

·

Experience with enterprise level resiliency planning, risk assessment, and business continuity concepts and supporting processes

·

Extinctive experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industry standard conferencing and multimedia applications and hardware components including but not limited to:

o

TelePresence

Cisco EX, MX, C Series and CTS end points

Cisco VCS Systems

Cisco Conductor

§

Cisco TelePresence Servers (8710 Bridges)

Cisco Telepresence Content Server (or similar)

TV/Cable Digital Distribution Solutions

Strong understanding of commonly used video communication standards/protocols

Basic understanding of common voice technologies and associated hardware/applications

·

General knowledge of computer networking standards and associated hardware/applications

·

Experience with large enterprise networking and datacenter best practices

Excellent customer service skills, call center experience a plus
