Key Accountabilities:
Actively manage a caseload of 80+ cases while maintaining departmental production, quality, and aging standards.

Research and resolve Balance Transfer and Payment inquiries.

Research rejected transactions and post cardholder adjustments via TSYS TS2.

Process payment returns.

Process cardholder payments.

Monitor and resolve failed auto-pay transactions.

Investigate and resolve reward issues involving point discrepancies, display issues, and reward products.

Identify, report and track reward issues that may be impacting customer accounts.

Keep customer informed of status of inquiry and next steps

Qualifications

Knowledge of credit card processing.

Strong analytical and decision making skills.

Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a cross functional team.

Ability to handle a variety of functions and to meet daily deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PC skills including use of MS Excel and MS Word.

2 or more years of bank operations experience specializing in any of the following: settlement, reconcilement, check research and investigations / adjustments.
