Purpose:
To assist with shipments both domestic and international.
This position’s duties will consist of, but is not limited to the following
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Will insure all shipments are processed per our specifications.
Will be responsible to insure all International shipments r=they process meet all customs requirements.
Will be able to request ITN numbers for International shipments thru the AES system and will keep files of documents as required.
Will work with importers as needed to fill out and maintain any required documents for customers returning product.
Professional Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of work experience preferably in shipping & receiving.
Basic Computer skills…Excel, Word & Internet.
Special Skill requirements:
Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be organized.
Note:
Looking for strong personality type able to take ownership of the process.
