To insure that deliveries of packages and goods for guests and the hotel in general are accurately received, recorded and delivered to the guest and/or department on a timely basis. The S&R Clerk is tasked with making sure that all chargeable handling fees for packages are properly charged and accounted for on a regular and timely basis. Also responsible for all outgoing shipments from guests and the hotel in general.
