For more information, email or visit JOB DESCRIPTION *** We are in the process of upgrading to Siebel This position will be responsible for providing ‘hands-on’ development for projects and programs with complex business and technical requirements.
  • Conforming to best practices to configure and customize Siebel applications per business requirements using Siebel Tools and Siebel scripting. *Create and modify Siebel business components and business objects. Research, configure, develop, and implement new Siebel software modules and functionality as part of a development team. *Perform application tuning and performance optimization. *Advise on the functional capabilities, strategy and interfaces of the application infrastructure *Guide the overall Siebel application architecture (e.g., the Siebel application, interfaces, converted data, reporting, etc.)
Job Requirements :
  • BS in IS, CS or related IT field 7 years implementing Siebel CRM (must have some v.8.x experience) *8 - 10 years overall IT experience *Strong relational database knowledge including SQL. *Experience troubleshooting and analyzing system errors and resolving development issues. *Effective verbal and written communication skills. *Effective planning, problem solving and analytical skills. *Good team player with the ability to mentor other team members *Thorough knowledge of development methodologies, techniques, and standards.
