Responsibilities & Duties: |
Our Capacity Manager will work with internal service delivery groups, financial teams, and customer account management to validate and implement capacity management and demand management opportunities. He/She will participate in data gathering and modeling activities, database reporting design and implementation, and generation of executive and operational reports.
•Gather and organize information to facilitate effective data access and analysis
•Perform the day to day activities of projects including interaction with team members and organization management.
•Apply accounting, financial, and analytical skills to various capacity models.
•Deliver a quality work product within established timeframes.
•Produce and maintain an appropriate and up-to-date Capacity Plan, which reflects the current and future needs
•Ensure that service performance achievements meet or exceed all of their agreed performance targets, by managing the performance and capacity of both services and resources
•Assist with the diagnosis and resolution of performance- and capacity-related incidents and problems
•Assess the impact of all changes on the Capacity Plan, and the performance and capacity of all services and resources
•Ensure that proactive measures to improve the performance of services are implemented when resources allow
•Monitoring patterns of business activity and service level plans
