Silicon Debug Intern
Job Description: This Req is for an technical intern position in our silicon debug validation team. Responsible for identifying and researching test failures in our silicon validation suite. Evaluates the logical functions of the silicon and platform to determine the root cause of failure. Uses all standard electronic test equipment (digital/analog) such as Logic analyzer, ICE, ITP, oscilloscope and test systems to do failure analysis and debug. Strives to proliferate shared learning across SV team. Maintain necessary records and reports. Performs other related duties as required or as directed.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
- Must be pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
- Good experience in programming and UNIX
- Good Understanding of Computer Architecture (preferably IA)
- Good knowledge Python
- Good communications skills English
- Good documentation skills
- Preference for those with prior Intel Lab experience
