Responsible for establishing agreements with building owners and property management companies affording FPL FiberNet the access rights necessary to install equipment and materials within a specific site with the intention of providing telecommunications services to tenants within that site. Responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions as well as any fees associated with gaining access to a given site.
Schedule meetings with building owners and property management companies to initiate the access agreement process
Negotiate the terms and conditions under which FiberNet will be permitted to access the site and provide telecommunications services to tenants within the site
Negotiate access fee structure
Manage and track the status of each access agreement and communicate status of agreements effectively and efficiently to key project stakeholders
Ensure fully executed agreements are properly recorded and documented as needed
Identify methods and procedures to expedite the site acquisition process and to drive access fees lower.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Experience negotiating real estate or property access agreements in Florida and/or Texas is required
Experience delivering sales presentations to Director-level or above and/or to property owners and property management companies is preferred
Good working knowledge of the following items is required: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, AutoCAD, and Google Earth/Maps;
Experience with construction project management of telecommunications facilities within Florida and Texas is preferred;
Strong organizations skills and ability to multi-task;
Highly competent in communication skills and presentation skills
