The SATC mission is to support the emotional healing
process of those sexually assaulted in Hawaii, to
increase community awareness about their needs and to
reduce the incidence of all forms of sexual assault. The
SATC has a 24-hour crisis counseling and legal support
service for victims and their families and an
established protocol for medical examination and legal
evidence collection for sexual assault crimes.
The Social Worker provides assessment, counseling
services, and referral services to patients and their

Minimum Qualifications: Must meet education requirements
for Hawai‘i state licensing. Current Hawai‘i Social Work
license. Two (2) years social work experience.
Preferred: Two (2) years social work experience in child
abuse and neglect.
