Job Title: Software Engineer DW/BI

Team: Product Engineering
Location: Lake Oswego, OR
Reporting to: Director of Software Engineering
Status: Exempt, Full-time

Key Accountabilities:

  • Wow us with your ability to design and implement software components that get deployed across multiple tiers of our SaaS application
  • Exercise your agility every day as a player on one of our scrum teams
  • Take ownership of challenging development projects/tasks and bring creativity to your deliverables

    Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of commercial experience working as an application developer
  • Experience designing and implementing data warehouse / business intelligence solutions
  • Intimate understanding of and experience with object oriented programming concepts such as encapsulation and inheritance, design patterns, database design and software architecture
  • Experience working in n-tier and Software as a Service architectures
  • Experience with Agile software development practices, unit testing and continuous integration environments
  • Ability to work across a wide range of disciplines including Web Services, Application Services and Web User Interfaces, as well as Data Access and Database design
  • Experience working in the following technologies
    o C# and .NET Framework
    o SQL Server development, including database design, SSIS and T-SQL stored procedures (SSAS desired)
    o LINQ to SQL and Entity Framework
    o ASP.NET (MVC desired)
    o WCF desired
    o Microsoft TFS and Visual Studio 2010
