Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent/applicable technical experience
2-3 years experience in Software Development
.NET Skill (VB.NET preferred or ASP.NET)
Relational Database Skill (Oracle preferred or SQL-Server)
Strong SQL Knowledge (PL/SQL preferred)
Strong written, oral and visual communications skills
Interpersonal skills to support interaction with internal customers, team members, and internal management
Excellent Follow up Skills
Ability to give direction to others
Convey basic ideas and concepts to all levels
Unix Shell Script, Java, and MQ experience preferred
