About the Position

The .Web Developer will join DoubleVerify’s Software Development team and will use industry standards and latest technologies to enhance our ad verification and measurement technologies. As a Web Developer you would create user friendly UI as well as the supporting backend interfaces in various technologies. You would need to be creative, original and sharp to find new ways to enhance our products. This position is Full Time and located in our New York City headquarter offices.

Specific Responsibilities

Working closely with business departments to define system requirements, selecting technologies, developing proof of concepts and implementing application architectures for Online Advertising products.

Designing and developing end-to-end solutions in various technologies such as Silverlight, HTML5, C#, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, SQL in MVC, MVC2 and MVVM methodologies.

Evaluating and designing the interface between old and new software architectures and systems

Investigating new technologies

Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications

Position Requirements & Experience

Established experience with .net 4.0/4.5

Practical experience with the Full Software Development Lifecycle

At least 2 years’ experience with XAML , Silverlight and a good knowledge of JavaScript

Ability to design, organize and implement modules; create product testing plans; perform system testing and support; and maintain existing systems.

Strong design skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

A general knowledge of and passion for Microsoft technologies

Experience in the Online Advertising domain is an advantage.

MBA or BA in Computer Science or related field of study is a plus.
