The lead is responsible for the following:
•SCRUM Master: conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog groom, sprint planning and retrospective, Implementing Agile SCRUM methodology
•Maintaining SDLC tool administration for tracking, version management, iterative integration
•Driving technology and implementation changes
•Provided HW/SW recommendations
•Production support, project planning, requirements gathering, review of the test plans
•Foster a collaborative environment
•Manage deliverables of documentation: javadoc, operational procedures, release notes, VDD, etc.
A full-scope polygraph is required for this position, no CCA's will be considered.
This position requires a HW/SW systems team lead with at least 10yrs of experience with a BS degree in CS or related field, within the last ten yrs. It also requires someone who has experience managing the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), project and systems administration. The individual must have the ability to guide the team through production and maintenance of a legacy system (thick client) to a modernization effort (thin client).
•At least ten years of recent experience in JAVA SW development and leading SDLC projects
•5 - 10 years of Java, J2EE, Servlet Engine, and Application Server
•5 - 10 years of Oracle/Postgress Database
•Experience with software development tools such as ANT, SVN, and JIRA
•Certified SCRUM Master
•Familiarity with Spring Framework
•Perform LINUX Admin duties as well as provide requirements to system administrators
•Assist in developing test plans
