This individual will leverage existing tools and participate in the application and development of new tools to assist with and/or lead the creation of business and technical requirements, the identification of applicable and innovative solutions, the accurate estimatation of work effort, and the initiation and management of project, task, and testing plans. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, require minimal supervision, and be responsible for the quality and timeliness of their own work including the management of incidents and problems in an efficient manner while providing accurate and timely status reports on all activities.

One (1) to Three (3) or more Years of Formal Software Quality Assurance Experience Required Including Exposure to Manual and Automated Testing Methods and the Full Product Development Cycle from Requirements through Post-Release.

Strong Understanding of Windows Server and Windows Desktop Operating Systems Necessary. Experience with SQL Express, Red Gate Tools, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Must be Skilled in the Testing and Troubleshooting of Networks.

Familiarity with Virtual Machine Server and Workstation.

Commitment to Excellence in Customer Service and doing the Right Thing in a Dynamic Environment with Multiple and Rapidly Changing Priorities.

Exceptional Business and Technical Listening, Oral, and Written Skills Required.

Strong Analysis, Design, Problem Solving and Process Management Skills Required.

In-depth Understanding of Software Development/Engineering Methodology in Development, Production and Testing Environments and Associated Documentation Required.

Understanding of Multi-Tier Client/Server Environments, Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), and Object Oriented Analysis/Design and Tools Required.

Working Knowledge of Infrastructure including Middleware, Network, and Server

Previous Project Lead Experience, Strong Analytical Skills.

Working in an Agile environment a plus.
