We currently have an immediate need for an Solution Consultant/Project Manager for our Telestaff Division located in our Irvine CA office. This role will be responsible for delivering consulting project activities ranging from client identification through final invoicing. The day-to-day role breaks down as follows:

Able to complete the following implementation tasks
All calls and tasks associated with data collection, DB creation, and DB review
Deployment configuration responsibilities
Advanced configuration responsibilities
Ability to independently and successfully complete an entire configuration training class
Deliver the “Administrator” training
All calls and tasks associated with Payroll Setup and GM Feeds in project plan
Ability to perform Auction configurations
Account management responsibility for Deployment and Advanced Configuration customers
Escalate project delay and issues during one on one with Supervisor
SLX to reflect current tasks and phases
Effective time management skills
Project management responsibilities
Weekly status calls with project team and sponsor
Transfer knowledge to customer through product education
Maintain project plan to reflect actual progress of project
Manage project to successful and timely completion where a project delay or termination is not a result of PDSI PM failure

Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years professional experience in account, event, or project management
Ability to learn, communicate and interpret products, policies, and operating procedures
Proficient in MS Office Tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to interact with clients in a professional manor
Proactive, independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Strong attention to detail
Strong leadership skills
