This position can be virtual, located anywhere in the U.S.

Provides global expertise on Ceridian’s International Payroll Services solution to Sales Executives, prospects, and current customers on products, implementation strategies, work estimates, client analysis, project proposals, and associated timelines

Works closely in an integrated sales process with other Ceridian sales professionals to position and sell a solution suite of global products and services; assists sales in analyzing business opportunities

Conducts Needs Analysis with prospective clients and uses consultative selling skills to understand the unique business issues our clients face within their organizations; exhibits a strong proficiency to integrate solution knowledge and industry trendsto properly position the best customer focused solutions

Executes sales process support strategies to develop a relationship as a trusted business advisor and partner with the prospective client

Proficient knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll subject matter and technology applications

Ensures key trends, marketplace developments (including competitive knowledge), new applications, and product requirements are shared across the Global Solutions and Delivery team

Highly skilled in communication, coordination, and business acumen to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
Possess strong presentation skills and performs under pressure in a professional manner
Must be able to establish rapport and interact with high degree of confidence and composure with individuals on all levels
10-20% Travel

3-5 years of experience in the HR/Payroll industry; experience in international projects, consulting, and requirements analysis considered a strong plus

Global knowledge at a regional and country level, including an understanding of cultural nuances, considered a strong plus

High energy and self motivated with the proven ability to act on own initiative

Strong presentation and written skills

Flexibility to work across time zones

Ability to work within a changing and developing vision and structure
