This seasoned IT professional will translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed business application systems. This includes some or all of: analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of information systems, and may include new code construction, modifications to existing modules, web development and/or package implementation.

Designs technical requirements for an application
Implementation - installs applications and/or new releases
Participates in testing (e.g. user acceptance testing, unit, system, regression, integration testing)
Produces and maintains documentation
Provides user training
Participates in the RFP/RFI process
Develop and support Kronos configuration setup, payrules, and workrules
Develop and support Kronos interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
Develop and support Kronos Hyperfind Queries, Genies, and Crystal reports
Configure, troubleshoot, and support Kronos 4500 Terminals
Configure, troubleshoot, and support Kronos TTE
Lead the design, build and test stages of a project
Maintains and/or enhances established software to ensure the most efficient operation of the departments
Serve as liaison between the project team and vendor resources
Responsibility for the implementation and support of applications and systems, analyzing clinical users information system requirements and departmental information flows
Develops and provides general and special purpose user training in conjunction with the IT Education team
Understanding of the change control principles and working in a cross site environment when making system changes and modifications.

All commuting expenses will be paid in accordance to Ascension Health’s policy. (Relocation is not expected). Monday through Thursday work schedule on-site in St. Louis, with Friday working at home.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
7+ years experience implementing HR/Payroll/Financial ERP systems required, with emphasis on time and attendance solutions (Kronos, API, etc.)
Experience with Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Device Manager, and Workforce Integration Manager V6 (or equivalent for similar systems)
Experience with Oracle/SQL development required
