The FIJI Water team is looking for a Sourcing Manager to
manage sourcing activity for all three beverage brands
currently in the portfolio; FIJI Water, Justin and
Landmark Wine. We are looking for a candidate with
previous experience in a similar industry (food,
beverage or CPG) who is self-driven, can work in an
entrepreneurial culture and who has the ability to
source and deliver quality within a cost conscious
framework. This is an individual contributor role but
this person will be heavily involved with team members
and must be capable of building cross functional
relationships. The position reports to the COO.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Accountability for the cost, delivery and quality of
packaging for FIJI Water, Justin and Landmark Wines
to include effects of packaging on beverage quality
throughout the value chain.
  • Reduce COGS in packaging: PET, HDPE, glass bottles,
labels, shrink wrap, and corrugate, among others
  • Ensure supplier quality with Lean Six Sigma
methodology and working closely with the production
  • Conduct financial analyses and develop KPI’s to
monitor performance and allow for data-driven
decision making
  • Facilitate new product launches through teamwork in
product development processes and engagement with
production, marketing, sales, legal, and creative
  • Understand and monitor key spending trends, cost
drivers, market factors, geographic considerations,
and strategic importance of critical commodities in
order to implement appropriate sourcing strategies
  • Although this position will focus on packaging the
Manager will also work on other categories
  • Travel of up to 50%, primarily in North America,
Asia and South Pacific
  • Reports to COO
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5-7 years work experience in sourcing
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the plastics
and packaging category
  • Beverages and specifically Wine industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement
materials sourcing strategies that yield measurable

  • Excellent negotiator coupled with ability to develop
long-lasting supplier relationships
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both
quantitative and qualitative)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High capacity in both strategic thinking and
operational delivery/execution
  • Lean Six Sigma and Supplier Quality experience
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
