Daily Grill

  • Maximize Private Dining contacts and sales - Create additional food and beverage sales through group events in the dining room, patio area and catering deliveries - Maintain contact information log; follow up on all inquiries - Review last minute details and insure that AV needs, menus and arrangements have been completed - Send thank you note to the guests following event - Meet monthly goals for private dining and special event sales - Communicate with Chef and Director of Private Dining and Special Events regarding events, bookings and calendar - Track monthly sales and report to Home Office - Contributes to quarterly marketing plans with promotions focused on Private Dining and Special Events - Participate in events to keep Daily Grill private dining top of mind within the business community
Required Skills

  • Outgoing and personable - Good networking skills - Great understanding of outside sales and marketing in a restaurant or banquet environment - Understands the capabilities of the restaurant - Good written and verbal skills
Required Experience

  • 2-3 years experience in an upscale or fine dining sales environment - Previous hotel banquet or catering experience - Open availability
