The Role:
The Live Nation – Special Events Department is
responsible for event sales, proposals and day of
coordination for all 2 event spaces. This internship
will allow students to gain exceptional experience in
event sales, special event planning, on-site event
management, marketing and implementation.

  • Event Planning for each event space in the venue
  • Marketing and Prospecting new and existing business
  • Customer service, event planning and management and
venue operations

This is a great internship opportunity in the Special
Events/Sales field. We are currently searching for a
qualified individual to fill this internship position
for the Spring/Summer Semester. The student will work at
Bayou Music Center at 520 Texas St., Houston, TX 77002.
This internship is for college credit and runs from
January through May and May through August. It is a
non-paid position with flexible hours (minimum 20 per
week) to reflect the need of your college credit
