The Speech and Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating clients, providing clinical treatment and implementing individual client programs, as well as formulating a comprehensive treatment plan with other interdisciplinary team members. This is a contingent position.

Core Qualifications:

Certificate of Clinical Competency

Master's degree or higher from an accredited speech language pathology program

Leadership skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability and willingness to learn new skills

Ability and willingness to set priorities

Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and serve as a team member

Ability to lift, maneuver and carry up to 30lbs.

Acceptable driving record

Acceptable under the State of Michigan Good Moral Character Statute

Knowledgeable of HIPAA Privacy Rules

Willing to work weekends and evenings

Additional Qualifications:

Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
