Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology
6 months to 1 year or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience
WA State Licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist or WA State Educational Staff Associate certification issued by Board of Education; Certificate of Clinical Competency and National Association Membership; American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA); Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Strong analyis/problem solving skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team
Computer skills
Medical terminology
Proven ability to teach/train
Knowledge of patient care issues related to communication disorders
Work requires ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs or less
Prefer: 2 plus years home health experience
