NCSA Athletic recruiting is currently looking for a sports minded individual who has a passion for working with young people. Our MS Team is responsible for providing customer support to the NCSA Network, including families and coaches within 27 different sports.

The Member Services Assistant is expected to consistently create a world class experience for our student-athletes and families. We do this by efficiently balancing a high volume of phone and email inquiries while over delivering on the expectations of our families. A successful MS Assistant MUST be an excellent multi-tasker and be able to work well within a close-knit team. They should have a service first mindset and be willing to go above and beyond to meet the expectations of our families.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Pro-actively check-in with student-athletes about recruiting process
  • Answer main phone line and member lines during busy times
  • Assist with updating student-athletes online recruiting profiles
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Collegiate playing or coaching experience strongly preferred
  • Available Weekdays/Weekends
  • High phone/email volume experience
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Professional, friendly phone demeanor
  • Strong work ethic with team player mentality
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Sports Enthusiast
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
