Requires 8+ years experience in the CND/IA mission area. Requires 5+ years experience in joint test and evaluation, to include understanding of joint test and evaluation procedures and conduct of Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) test operations. In addition, requires 5+ years operational experience in US Pacific Command (USPACOM) or USPACOM Component Command mission areas and responsibilities. Must have an understanding of technical and operational CND/IA concepts at the Joint and Service levels. Strong graphic and Microsoft Office experience is required.
An understanding of DOD Networks and vulnerabilities to advanced persistent threats (APT), Cyber Situational Awareness (SA) informed by heuristic and rule-based sensory data, DOD network heuristic and rule-based sensor capabilities to detect and assess APT intrusions into DOD Networks, and heuristic and rule-based sensor integration to improve detection and assessment of advanced intrusions is highly desired.
Background working in joint test and evaluation, to include understanding of joint test and evaluation procedures and conduct of Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) test operations is highly desired.
An understanding of test and evaluation processes, data management, and analysis, to include quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies, application, tools, analytical methods to develop measures and data elements, and data collection, processing, validation, analysis, and results presentation is highly desired.
Operational experience in United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) and components mission areas and responsibilities is desired.
Experience in joint tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and operational concept development is desired.
