Job Description:
Our successful Electrical Engineering programs continue
to grow! With over 50 EEs and Electronics Techs working
in our Northern Virginia labs our work is expanding.
This position is based in Northern virginia, outside the
beltway.
The Electrical / Radio Frequency Engineer will analyze
and document electronic circuits and devices and
design/analyze/prototype electronic circuits; will be
proficient at using RF test equipment such as spectrum
analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters and other
equipment as necessary.
The Electrical / RF Engineers will be part of a team
located in VA and perform 180-day OCONUS deployments.
Our Engineers will be required to spend 2-4 weeks at APG
immediately upon starting to become familiar with and
understand the testing and reporting methodologies being
used in the Government laboratories. Following
completion of training at customer labs in APG, work
will be performed at a Government customer site in VA or
deployed for periods of roughly 180-days duration. When
working at customer site in CONUS the position will be a
standard 40 hour per week duration. Deployed hours will
vary. Regardless of location, Engineers will attend
designated major team meetings.
TS/SCI clearance required.

Job Requirements:The Electrical / Radio Frequency Engineers:
  • Must be proficient at using Radio Frequency test
equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes,
power meters and other equipment as necessary.
  • Will be familiar with, circuit design, passive and
active RF components such as mixers, amplifiers,
antennas and other components as necessary.
  • Must have a strong understanding of RF and signal
characteristics, signals analysis and experience working
with estimating design information base on results from
technical analysis.
  • Will be proficient with preparation of technical
reports and the collection of data on devices testing
and summarizing results frequently using MS Office
Suite.
  • Experience in Iraq and Afghanistan is a plus.
  • To succeed, Engineers will have strong understanding
of DoD ground force operations; prior military
experience a plus.
Degree: Bachelor degree in EE
Clearance: TS/SCI
Experience: 10+ years applicable exp
