o Candidate will be developing training curriculum, Programs of Instruction (POI), power point training materials.
o Expert instructional knowledge and recent experience instructing SOF Weapons and SOPMOD.
o Coordinate and execute the fielding and New Equipment Training (NET) of procured equipment
o Provide refresher training and new equipment modifications on a continuous basis to maintain SOF firepower on the cutting edge of technology.
o Conduct New Equipment Training (NET) for the receiving combatant units in both classroom settings and live-fire environments using on-site facilities and range support.
o Coordinate for follow-on Computer Based Training (CBT) after initial NET is conducted.
o Liaise with SOF command to ensure all deployed MTRC personnel are appropriately trained and possess correct documentation.
o BS degree from any discipline and 7 plus years of job related experience in training and instruction in special military operations and engagement.
o Prior military training experience and background, preferably former combatant SOF Operator or SOF Support Background.
o Ability to interact with technicians, logisticians, high-level government and military officials, to develop and monitor New Equipment Training (NET) and Logistical requirements and specifications for new combat systems.
-Able and willing to work in remote, austere environments outside the continental U.S. (OCONUS) for 6 month intervals

Hands on experienced prior with technical trades such as welding and metal fabrication; electric and electronics; construction techniques; lathe and milling is a major plus.
