Sales Operations Services is designed to create, support, engage and leverage every capability where we interact, transact and drive sales. We ensure that the field has a voice in all that we do. Our teams work in partnership with each other and with our Field Service Center partners to deliver the execution with excellence in support of our T-Mobile strategy.
Manage and lead team of Managers, Program Managers and Analysts. This position will have direct responsibility for creating and managing Store Support and Operations Programs. Programs will focus on driving channel metrics, creating operational efficiencies, and delivering World Class customer service to internal and external customers. Areas of focus may include but are not limited to, Retail and TPR store operations, supply support, Supplier and Contract Management, In-Store Systems, RPS Dealer Line and Courtesy Credit Management, Demo Line Management across multiple channels, Multi-faceted Programs, and Business Continuity Management. This position will be responsible for People Management, budget management and reporting. This position will also play a pivotal role to drive the strategy and execution against the Sales Operations support model of those before said areas of focus.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive operational excellence by mobilizing a team dedicated to driving continuous improvement opportunities that enable the field to deliver world class customer experience. Implement and deliver timely tactical resolutions to daily operational issues impacting the field.
Standardize program and operational support and procedures in areas including, In-Store Operations, Cash Handling, Supply Ordering, Dealer and Demo Line Management and Field Sales Support. Assist field with getting answers for operational questions and issues impacting sales and partner relationships. Manage accountability of team in adhering to operational standards and procedures.
Responsible for driving operational process standardization and business process improvements in Retail and TPR Stores. Establish and maintain frontline support metrics. Develop scalable and sustainable standard operating procedures, tools and support plans to the field by delivering tactical simplification and process optimization.
Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders cross functional partners and Field Operations. Manage multi-faceted coordination with business partners to support store processes and collaboratively implement support strategies that enable Frontline Sales to meet and exceed sales goals.
Design and development programs in keys areas of the business including Business Continuity, Uniform Management, Supplier Management and Store support programs. Accountable to lifecycle management of these before said programs; end to end ownership.
Hire, train and retain top talent direct reports. Provide meaningful coaching and training to benefit direct reports' career aspirations. Define goals and guiding principles for direct reports; ensure aggregated results achieved by the team support T-Mobile's values, vision and goal.
Serve as Lead on channel projects that require project requirements gathering, documentation, reporting, financial exposure and consolidation. Uphold sales operations standards and ensure communication to all of field sales and frontline impacted groups
Responsible for budget analysis, reporting and management in relation to programs under management, including tracking expenses to budget and reporting on expenditures by area.
Develop methods and procedures to successfully manage supply flow into and out of stores to ensure efficient operations of the business on a day to day basis. Ensure proper in-stock levels to meet business needs. Partner with Finance to ensure supplies and other store expenses are being managed in financially responsible manner that is aligned with P & L management.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

2 years telecommunications experience
2 years project/program management experience
Ability to translate complex business strategies into solid implementation plans that drive results
Experience Supporting Sales Organization a plus
Experience in budget management and analysis preferred
