Senior level technical position performs a wide range of clerical and administrative assistance functions. Responsible for maintenance of records, data retrieval, compilation and organization, financial reporting (budget/variance/cost tracking) and analysis, month-end close (accruals/invoice approval & payment), and ensuring that all transactions are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Expected to periodically perform some limited accounts payable, inventory management, and indicator tracking activities. May include other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or 2-5 years of relevant experience required. Supervisory experience a plus, if applicable.
