Senior Program Acquisition / System Engineer / Project Management for highly dynamic acquisition program
Provide technical and programmatic review and guidance to customer program manager, chief engineer and his staff, and project engineers
Lead technical interface to Program Office
Provide senior system and technical engineering to program - requires background in space systems, space tracking sensors, space situational awareness programs, National Security Space Systems, ground computer systems
Write and review Program Documentation, e.g. System Engineering Plan, Requirements Engineering Plan, Program Management Plan
Review and write program requirement specification documents, e.g. system specification and software specifications
Provide engineering support and guidance to program technical reviews, e.g. PDR, CDRs, Architectural Design Working Groups, Requirements Engineering design technical interchange meetings
Provide technical review of all program documentation, e.g. technical analysis reports, program plans, acquisition plans, Statement of Work / Task Orders / CDRLs
Provide liaison to program stakeholders as required, e.g. AFSPC, JFCC Space senior staff, 14th Air Force
· Minimum Technical Degree (Engineering, Math or Science), with advanced degree preferred
· 15 to 20 years direct relevant technical and program experience, mission domain experience a plus
· Ability to travel within CONUS 25% of time
· Ability to work independently, good interpersonal skills ability to work well with diverse program office and build consensus through negotiations
