Sr. Sales Executive (Sr. SE) will be responsible for selling to prospective customers not currently utilizing Recall services within a defined territory or list of targeted prospect accounts. Sr. SE will prospect, engage and qualify and ultimately apply insight gained regarding the customers’ business to deliver a compelling value proposition resulting in profitable new business revenue.

  • Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business within the small to medium enterprise space
  • Develop, manage and grow a balanced pipeline across defined territory or list of targeted prospect accounts
  • Develop and implementing sales strategies in order to sell profitable new business across all Recall service lines within a defined territory or list of targeted prospect accounts
  • Utilize and follow the Sales Express methodology including the timely and proper CRM administration in NetSuite
  • Meet all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management
Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Sales Experience

Minimum of 2 years in the Sales Executive role

Must exceed quota for 2 consecutive years before consideration

Must have achieved Presidents Club a minimum of 1 time in the last 3 years

Demonstrate ability to handle larger accounts with proven ability to sell at the “C” level – SMART targets set, confirmed, and enforced by Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director

To be considered, must increase annual quota as SE from $350k to $425k. If the Sr. SE fails to meet the new increased quota the following year (or any subsequent year), he/she, will have 6 months to get back above quota pace, or they will be demoted back down to SE

3+ years B2B sales experience within a complex sales environment – Multiple service offerings, multiple decision makers, multiple interdependencies

Prefer services related sales experience

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quota

Experience in an activity based “hunter” sales environment

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Prior experience using a CRM

Proven ability to:
Adapt, tailor and deliver value propositions that clearly speak to the needs and perspectives of all stakeholder types and levels

Minimize concessions that are not productive for Recall by recognizing tactics and neutralizing their effect on the outcome of negotiations

Build strong customer relationships characterized by trust, rapport, respect and mutual value at all levels in an organization

Develop insight into the customer's relevant business goals, problems, and needs

Formulate and implement a strategy for maximizing the return from each sales opportunity

Skillfully and purposefully uses open-ended questions to expand range of response and closed-ended questions to restrict range of response within the sales

Effectively deliver formal presentation in a variety of settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports and bosses

Push forward regardless of the situation or circumstance

Consistently look for ways to increase sales even in difficult selling environments

Actively work to continuously improve themselves
Accept feedback / coaching and commit to deploying his/her strengths while working to develop weaknesses and or limitations

Push self and others to deliver results

Focus on Profitable and Productive tasks
