This position is based in the Northeast.
Under minimal supervision, manage, identify and cultivate clients; initiate and follow up on new business opportunities; identify and profitability sell new electricity products and services within a designated sales territory to small and medium sized commercial accounts; manage the on-going business relationship with assigned customer base by maintaining regular contact, promoting incremental products and services, resolving customer issues and renewing expiring contracts; implementation of new plans and managing existing accounts to ensure retention and growth targets are achieved. Requires highly effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation, persuasion, tact and negotiation skills.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years experience in sales required.
