Develop reference material for all programs and areas of HealthBridge. Work with management to assess needs and develop new and customized materials. Conduct training sessions to ensure success of large scale implementations. Attend change control meetings to obtain necessary information needed for small to large scale implementations. Other duties as directed. Responsible for creating and maintaining reference material and training curricula (agendas, assessments, learning activities) based on the change control process and business need
Attend lifecycle status meetings as well as development meetings to gather the requirements for each material update
Manage the SDS Training Group email box and complete the submitted feedback forms requested by the business.
Maintain the training records; ensure all staff members have training records that are complete and accurate.
Facilitate training sessions to meet the needs of the business
¿ Excellent presentation and communication skills required
¿ Excellent internal and external customer service skills required
¿ Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision
¿ Advanced problem solving and organizational skills required
¿ General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
¿ Dreamweaver, Contribute or similar tools are desired.
