This position is responsible for documenting and analyzing the current/future business process for Merchandising, Logistics, and Marketing departments. The documentation and analysis will be part of IT related project initiation and execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand business processes.
Document and analyze:
a. Current and Future Business Process
b. Vision and Scope
c. Requirements Work with Project Management to plan and facilitate meetings to discuss business process and requirements with stakeholders and/or IT partner/vendors.
Periodically provide a written and/or verbal report of activities.
Provide project support from Initiation through Deployment including certain project deliverables as required.
Handle any other reasonable requests from the team.
Manage IT Partners request to support change or enhancement features of our current systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
SharePoint certifications a plus Cloud and mobile Computing knowledge is a plus.
Experience: 3 +, Business Process Design, SharePoint, SOA. Basic retail business knowledge.
Effective Communication Skills.
SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle or Software Development Life Cycle) knowledge.
Intermediate to Excellent Level: MS Office 2010 skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and MS Visio 2003.
7-Eleven knowledge, Business Intelligence knowledge and System as a Service (SaaS) knowledge a plus.
