Human Resources has a new opportunity to join our team as a Sr. HRIS Project/System Administrator! In this role, you will be the systems administrator for multiple HRIS systems which may include Lawson, API (myTime), Peoplefluent, myPartner, HBI. You will work with HR and IS & T to develop plans and monitor the implementation & operation for proposed systems, approved HRIS systems, functionalities and enhancements. You will also perform key technical functions in the implementation of upgrades and new applications to include assessing new modules, upgrades and changes; provide input to the timing and coordination of upgrades and increased functionality and provide technical support for new applications. In this role, you will also be responsible for providing options and solutions for automating all HR processes including maintaining employee information, schedules and pay practices.
All HR systems are enterprise-wide systems and are critical to the hospital operations and employee satisfaction. In this role you will need to be the expert on system functionality, employee maintenance, security set-ups and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field. Applicable experience may substitute for education. Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in HRIS or Human Resources. Advance report writing skills are required, including the ability to perform data queries and analysis. Must have strong communication skills for the purpose of sharing data findings. Prior experience working with Lawson software and supervisor or team lead experience is a plus. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
