As the Collegiate Program Leader, you'll be responsible for the design, development and execution of a global sourcing strategy for Nike, Inc. Collegiate/ MBA program. This includes global responsibilities and program build out supporting North America, Emerging Markets and Nike's Geographies worldwide. You'll partner with internal/ external stakeholders to understand the forecasted need/ hires. You'll build and maintain a thorough understanding of Nike Inc.'s business and leverage this acumen to create innovative fulfillment tactics that meet talent demand. You'll develop a flexible sourcing model to attract and build pipelines of interns and new graduates. As the subject matter expert, you'll manage the relationship with students and university partners in anticipation of future talent needs and demand. You'll develop and maintain campus recruitment metrics and reporting to understand the effectiveness of the program. You'll develop and implement campus diversity recruitment strategies. You will partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders to identify training opportunities. You'll utilize creative methods to build the Nike employment brand to attract the top students with innovative ideas and experience to add the greater knowledge portfolio within Nike Inc's business. Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years' progressive responsibility in college recruiting
- 5 years' experience in a cross functional people management role
- Development a large scale strategy and implementing in a matrixed organization
- Ability to engage, persuade, negotiate and influence decision makers against new programs and changes
- Excellent written/verbal communications skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and give presentations to senior management
- Ability to work in cross functional teams and build strong relationships in a complex organization
- Demonstrated project leadership and management experience, including business case development
- Detail-oriented and ability to creatively seek viable solutions to different situations
- Experience with social media and Applicant Tracking System
- Proven ability to develop innovative method/tools to attract the top students
