This position is responsible for driving tailored marketing strategy and initiatives for the Healthcare Reform unit (of the Government Programs division) that result in satisfying the needs of MCOs, commercial clients, prospects, and benefit advisors and maximizing the opportunity/minimizing risk for Express Scripts.

Essential Functions:

Centralize market knowledge and insights for identifying market opportunity areas:
-Work cross-functionally to centralize market knowledge/insights
-Centralize all HCR materials on the Field Solutions Portal
-Develop marketing communications -- presentations, collateral materials, webcasts, newsletter articles -- for clients, members, and internal audiences
-Liaise with Training, Division Leadership, HCR Leadership, Product Development, and Divisional Marketing colleagues to develop and execute training to raise level of field effectiveness
-Supports optimization of product priorities and opportunities

Management of strategic marketing plans to support division goals and objectives:
-Member of the division marketing team supporting Julie Huppert
-Maintain the marketing plan to track completed deliverables and those to be completed
-Manage project plans and work across marketing and other parts of the organization to execute plans

QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor's Degree required with degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
-MBA strongly preferred
-5+ years marketing experience
-Must be able to travel 5% of the time
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, strong team management skills
-Demonstrated success developing consumer/market insights into marketing executions with proven results.
-Excellent oral and written communications skills.
-Strong project management skills
-Previous experience working with internal creative teams or outside agencies.
-Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management industry or related fields preferred.
-Track record of exceeding set metrics. Focus on impact and results.
