Internal – Discipline Engineers and Designers, Project Engineers
External – Clients, Vendors, Third Party Contractors

Authority to:
Approve invoices up to $150,000; direct the work of all project personnel

Job Function:
Manage all aspects of the project, make sure client’s expectations on scope, schedule, and budget are met.

  • Manage project scope of work, schedule, and budget
  • Provide exceptional communication to the project team
  • Direct project personnel to meet all internal and external deadlines
  • PM must conduct a Project Kick-off meeting with the Client and All Project Leads
  • Review project team members weekly timesheets and approve
  • Review and approve all invoices
  • Follow the Management of Change guidelines with respect to Project Variances and Change Orders
  • Conduct (at a minimum) weekly project meetings with all the leads
  • Provide the Client weekly and monthly reporting depending on the size of project and Client’s needs
  • During Client Meetings, the PM must utilize the Decision Register or MOM (Minutes of Meeting) to capture scope changes and resultant impacts to the schedule and budget
  • Manage overtime tasks and approvals
  • Obtain Client feedback through a Customer Survey at IFB, IFC, and Project Completion
  • Perform one (1) Lessons Learned meeting on the project per quarter
  • Participate in the cost estimating at the proposal phase of the project
Job Qualifications
Experience Level – (With an engineering degree) minimum of 15 years in the liquid gas, energy industry, (without an engineering degree) 20 years of experience in the energy industry.
