-The Product Manager leads the development, facilitation, and execution of ESI 340B Solution, Low Cost Generic Strategy, and Onsite Pharmacy and Clinic Solutions for our clients.
-Collaborate cross-functionally to provide programs and services customized to client needs.
-Responsible for collaborating with the RFP team on creating and reviewing RFP responses that accurately showcase core capabilities and differentiators.
-Analyzes utilization reports and recommends modifications for client programs.
-Executes assigned duties within implementation project plans across assigned products and 340B business model.
-Assists in the establishment and maintenance of client contacts.
-Understands key drivers of client satisfaction.
-Collaboratively work with Marketing to create and update marketing collateral.
-Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision.
-Examine work flow and revise processes as necessary to improve efficiency
-Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
-Help to develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
-Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
-Bachelor's Degree and at least 5-7 years experience in gathering information from clients, assessing internal and external clients' needs and preparing solutions based on needs.
-At least 5 years experience in managing projects.
-Knowledge of 340B and experience working with hospitals/health systems preferred.
-Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Products.
-Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines.
-Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment - learns quickly, solves problems and makes decisions with general supervision.
-Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
-Advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
-Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
