eBay is seeking a motivated Product Manager to help drive eBays expansion into key Global markets.The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully launching ecommerce features to International users.The candidate must have a passion for solving complex problems and building innovative consumer web products.Key components of this role will include:
Defining product requirements including writing clear, detailed, and thorough specifications for complex features and products Analyzing user and market data to understand and drive new features and enhancements Working closely with product development and quality engineering teams to ensure your features launch successfully Participating in the QA process to ensure the final product meets requirements.
Clearly soliciting feedback and communicating product benefits and changes to our user community. Collaborating with UED and Business teams on the product definition, requirements, and user experience
5+ years of product management experience at a consumer internet or software company Strong intuition and understanding of user interaction and design, particularly in the areas of international e-commerce Demonstrated experience in writing clear and detailed product requirements. Passionate advocate for user, and has proven results in achieving superb user experience within tight constraints Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional team members Solid understanding of Internet technologies and the operations of a consumer site, including analytical skills in researching traffic and buyer conversion metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self motivated and directed. Entrepreneurial skills to innovate quality. Can do attitude Proficiency with Spanish or Portuguese language is a plus
