DESCRIPTION

AdCare Criminal Justice Services, Inc is looking for a Sr. Program Facilitator for the Middesex House of Corrections. The Sr. Program Facilitator acts as the Asst. Program Director and is responsible for the daily operations of the ACJS Program including scheduling, oversight and liaison services to the Program Manager.

DUTIES

The Senior Program Facilitator will be directly responsible for auditing compliance to documentation standards. The Senior Program Facilitator will assist the Program Manager in the collection and reporting of comprehensive statistical data, while maintaining required databases, credentialing/accreditation standards, and on-site performance management systems. Provide clinical services as needed, including case management, group presentations and other client clinical related services. Supervise staff and monitor compliance with schedules. Completes staff evaluations, develops professional growth plans, and presents to Manager for approval. Creates, as required, policies and procedures, treatment schedules, staff schedules, etc. to meet the ongoing and changing needs of the facility. Effectively integrates services through the facilityEmphasizes cooperation instead of competition.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Minimum B.A. or 4 years relevant treatment and Administration experience OR Masters with 2 years experience. Experience: Minimum of six months experience working with patients in a Substance Abuse Treatment setting, a correctional setting, or equivalent. Other skills: The ability to create and present unique educationaland skill development lectures and workshops throughknowledge of the 12 Step program, disease concept of alcoholism and federal confidentiality requirements. Communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, crisis intervention skills as well as supervisory and organizational skills are required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
