Summary

Our Client is looking for a first-class Database Security Architect to join our Database Security Practice . Successful candidates will work with Client Practice Leaders and project teams to consistently deliver successful customer engagements using a variety of database security products and best practices.

Responsibilities
Work within a cross-organizational team, frequently including Client, partner and customer contributors.
Work with managers, database administrators, security architects, application engineers and QA personnel to develop, test and convert databases using a variety of database security products and techniques.
Work with security auditors to configure, test and deploy infrastructure to enhance overall security and audit-ability of critical customer databases.
Act as a leader and/or contributor on consulting engagements within a number of roles and project settings.
Lead and/or assist in developing the Database Security Practice by developing reusable tools, methodologies and testing approaches to enhance and accelerate customer engagements.

Qualifications
5+ years in a database development or administration role
2+ years in a customer-facing consulting, professional services or advisory role
Proven ability to develop clear, accurate technical documentation and customer presentations
Proven ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to a variety of project stakeholders in both written and verbal form
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with customers, co-workers and partners
Ability to travel Monday-Friday to customer site as needed (50% estimated travel).

Skills
Total fluency in Oracle DBMS as a database administrator is required . This includes the ability to install, configure, tune, backup, restore and administer all recent versions of Oracle DBMS.
Experience using Oracle Transparent Data Encryption , Oracle Data Redaction , Oracle Audit Vault and Database Firewall , Database Vault and Data Masking is highly preferred.
Experience in developing and testing complex SQL , UNIX shell and Windows Powershell scripts for use in sensitive customer database environments is highly preferred.
Experience in configuring and administering Oracle E-Business Suite and/or PeopleSoft applications and databases highly preferred.
Experience in development and administration of Microsoft SQL Server , IBM DB2 and/or MySQL databases is also preferred.

Education
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) highly preferred
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications preferred
4-year College degree preferred
